Day-of Coordination - starting at $2,000

We offer one, comprehensive day-of coordination package with the ability to build up.

A little more about our day-of coordination services:

Day-Of Coordination packages include the time and services of one of our Coordinators below, including unlimited amount of email correspondence, 1 complementary initial consultation, 2 in-person meetings (final consult to build layouts & timelines, and the final venue walk through - if applicable), ceremony rehearsal (1-hour max!), full wedding day coverage, and access to Capitol Romance online resources. Phone call meetings by appointment only, subject to coordinator’s schedule. Additional in-person consultations based on availability, for extra charge.

Note: Additional fees for coordination of additional vendors' duties and coordinating activities that require hiring additional associates for execution, may apply.

A La Carte & Hourly Consulting - $75/hour

A la carte services (vendor recommendations, general wedding planning help, wedding planning consulting, ceremony design help, etc) available and priced upon request. Please contact me for more information.

Note: Hourly consulting is NOT available on the day of the wedding.
